Quaye Services were appointed to provide Commercial Management support to the Contractor during the Construction Phase of the new Wandsworth Town Library.
The works involved the full fit out of the ground and mezzanine floor of the previously built shell and core.
We provided traditional quantity surveying services which included monthly valuations, change control management, and Final Account negotiations.
