Quaye Services were appointed to provide Commercial Management support to the Contractor during the Construction Phase at the Richmond Civic Centre.  

 The works involved the full fit out of the ground and first floors existing building to provide offices for children’s support services group, Achieving for Children. 

 We provided traditional quantity surveying services which included monthly valuations, change control management, and Final Account negotiations.
